Community Goals in Elite: Dangerous

Community Goals in Elite Dangerous is a kind of mission that is shared by the entire community - for example a goal may be for the community to trade/donate enough food to a single system that is suffering a famine, or to trade/donate enough materials to build a large capital ship for one of the navies.

• The progress of community goals is shared between both Open, Private Group and Solo play.
• You cannot try to directly compete against a goal, but there may be individual community goals competing against each other (e.g. a race to build two capital ships)
